PitaraAI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PitaraAI (also referred to as "Pitara," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

• AI chats, transcripts, and generated content

PitaraAI also integrates with third-party AI services (including OpenAI and Google Gemini) to provide AI-powered features.

3. Your Account

Account Creation

You may need to create an account to use certain features. Authentication may be handled via Google OAuth.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized use

We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

4. Content You Provide

Your Content

"Your Content" means any data, text, images, files, links, prompts, or other materials you upload, create, or store using the Service.

You retain ownership of Your Content.

By using the Service, you grant PitaraAI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

Important AI Disclosures

You agree not to rely solely on AI outputs for legal, medical, financial, or other high-risk decisions.

6. Collaboration & Sharing

You may share collections with other users and assign permission levels:

• Can edit

You are responsible for:

• Who you share content with
• The permissions you grant
• Content duplicated by collaborators

PitaraAI is not responsible for actions taken by collaborators you authorize.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including:

• We may change pricing with reasonable notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Abuse or attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Use PitaraAI to train competing models
• Circumvent security or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

10. Data Security
