Join meetings without any awkward bot, Pitara listens in the background
Capture Audio, Notes and Transcript
Notes with transcript does the magic
Type half-thoughts while you listen. Pitara lines them up with the transcript and rewrites them into notes worth sending out.

Real-time insights - ask during the call not after
Suggested questions and live answers while the conversation is still going, tuned to the role you pick.
Ask Pitara how you ask your rock-star
Your top thinker's calls and notes become organization memory the whole team can draw on, including the teammate who joined this morning.

Every meeting, note and decision becomes memory you can query
Months later, ask what was promised, decided or blocked. Answers point back to the meetings and notes behind them.
Two commitments: single sign-on by end of Q2, and weekly usage reports for their admin team. Priya owns both; the work was scoped in the follow-up call.
A folder of docs in, a living onboarding guide out
Point Pitara at what your team already wrote and it assembles an onboarding doc a new hire can actually follow, drawn from the real source material.
Action items land in Asana or Linear, not in a forgotten doc
Pitara pulls action items out of every summary. Review them, pick the ones that matter and push them to your task tracker in one click.

Describe the goal; Pitara plans the questions and reads every response
Hundreds of answers become a short read of what people actually said, with the numbers to back it up.
Personal, team and organization memory live in separate spaces
Private stays private and shared stays shared. Every question is answered from the spaces you switch on, and nothing else.
On Web - Collect anything. Organize everything. Think better - together.
To be exact about it: in the desktop and mobile apps, with on-device audio turned on, the recording never leaves your machine. Your transcript, notes and summaries do sync, so you can read meetings on your phone and use Ask and memory. Turn that off too, and Pitara becomes a notebook that only you can read.
Download the desktop app for the fastest, local-first Pitara experience.
Free to use. No credit card required. Plans & pricing.
In the desktop and mobile apps, only if you want it to. Transcription runs on your device. The recording is stored in your Pitara account by default so you can play it on your phone and your laptop, and one setting stops that. Turn on “Keep audio on this device” and the file never leaves.
The browser version of Pitara does not do on-device transcription. If you record on pitara.ai in a browser, the audio is sent to AssemblyAI, our transcription provider, and it is covered by our privacy policy. On-device transcription is a feature of the desktop and mobile apps. If that matters to you, use the app.
Your transcript, notes, summaries and memory sync to your Pitara account so they are readable on your other devices, and AI features send that text to a model provider to answer questions and write summaries. Audio is separate, and you control it.
With audio kept on your device, there is nothing for us to listen to. With sync on, recordings are stored encrypted and access is limited and logged under our access controls. We do not use your recordings to train models.
If you kept audio on that device, the recordings are gone and we cannot recover them. That is the trade you made, and we would rather say so now. Your transcripts and notes are in your account and will be on your next device.
Yes. Recording laws vary by country and state, and on-device processing does not change your obligations. Pitara does not announce itself in the meeting, so telling participants is on you.
